Ogbako Ndi Igbo UK, in collaboration with Igbo Communities London (ICL), proudly invites sons, daughters, friends, and supporters of Ala Igbo across the UK and beyond to support Iri-Ji London 2026 — a grand celebration of Igbo culture, heritage, unity, and identity.
This year’s event special guest of honour and keynote speaker is an extraordinary woman of integrity, courage, and justice; Professor Nnenna Nnennaya Oti, Vice Chancellor of FUTO.
At a defining moment in Nigeria’s democratic history, Prof. Oti stood firmly for truth during the Abia State governorship election. Despite pressure and intimidation, she remained fearless and principled as INEC Returning Officer, declaring Dr. Alex Otti the duly elected Governor of Abia State.
Her courageous stand became a symbol of:

✅ Integrity
✅ Hope for democracy
Professor Oti reminded the world that honour, patriotism, and truth still exist in Nigeria. Her bravery restored pride and inspired millions to believe again in fairness and transparent leadership.
