🚨 We’re Hiring: The Skill Mill Supervisors 🚨 PLEASE SHARE
We’re looking for passionate, hands-on supervisors to join The Skill Mill and support young people in the justice system to build skills, confidence and brighter futures.
📅 Contract: 1-year Fixed Term from February 2026 (with the potential to extend, subject to funding)
💷 Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 (annual increments, subject to performance & probation)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working directly with young people at risk (e.g. at risk of crime/ASB, unemployed, adverse childhood experiences);
- Can support young people to develop work ethics, skills and confidence
- Has experience in site-based / construction / environmental / horticulture work
- Understands health & safety regulations;
- Holds a clean driving licence (you’ll be transporting young people to and from work sites);
- Is willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
