Each year we're inspired by the passion, dedication and impact of charities, social enterprises, community groups, businesses and individuals making a real difference across our region. This year was no exception.

The standard of entries was truly outstanding, making the judging process one of the toughest we've ever faced. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who took the time to submit an entry. While not everyone could make the shortlist, every nomination highlighted the remarkable strength, compassion and resilience of the North East charity sector.
