A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported our Big Coffee Morning. To the Community Centre for the free use of the hall; Apothecally, Spar and Gatehouse Store for donating raffle prizes; Bladnoch Distillery for the wh**ky raffle; The Ship Inn for donating the coffee; Galloway Lodge Preserves for donating the jam; Martin and Mac for keeping us entertained; and to everyone who attended the coffee morning, to those who came to buy cakes and those who sent in donations. We raised a fantastic £1,129 (at the latest count!). Our team had a great day! 💚💚💚

UPDATE: As a result of feedback, the cake sales will be in the corridor at the side of the main hall should anyone wish to buy our cakes, but not attend the coffee morning. We have cake boxes. We will also be able to take payments by card. Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday. 💚

Thank you Gatehouse for helping us raise a total of £843.77 from the Gala Teas, plant sale and the Car Treasure Hunt. Big thanks to Tracy Cook for donating the funds from the Horticultural Society plant sale on Sunday of £183.67. Thank you!!!! 💚💚💚

So it's been a big day in Gatehouse today!!! Our lovely Macmillan crew, again, catered for Gatehouse Golf Club's ladies competition in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. £644 raised! Sending a huge THANK YOU to the Golf Club and all the wonderful, generous ladies who played on another rather warm day! 🥵 This event is always a pleasure. Hope to see you all again next year. 🏌‍♀️💚💚💚💚

Local group TGB Wanderers had a lovely trip to Low Creoch Farm. Tea and cake provided by John and Alison Veitch with donations made being given to Macmillan. £80 raised! Thank you! 💚🐏🐑🐓🦆
