✨ Glow Girls – Week 1 ✨

A lovely start to our Glow Girls journey this week

We were delighted to welcome Shauna Kelly from Supporting Sparks back to begin our 4 Week Wellbeing Programme for girls aged 10–16

This week focused on building confidence, connection and wellbeing through creativity, discussion and mindful activities. It was wonderful to see friendships forming and everyone settling in so well.

Glow Girls helps girls to:
✨ Build confidence
✨ Learn calming strategies
✨ Strengthen friendships
✨ Express themselves creatively
✨ Develop wellbeing skills

Sessions are delivered in a gentle, inclusive and neuro-affirming way by Shauna from Supporting Sparks.

Small group, gentle pace, big impact
A supportive space to pause, connect and grow

We can’t wait for Week 2 💛
