Knitting is what your granny does - right? Well it seems that granny isn't alone.

As a group we all know the benefits of knitting but did you know its good for your mental health too?

Today we put our knitted and crocheted forget-me-nots on the fence at the Memory Garden. The ties have been deliberately left on to create movement in the breeze and catch the eye.
We've 100 more tiny flowers to add this week - watch this space!

Thanks to your incredible generosity we have sent over 400 creme eggs to Brian House Children's Hospice for Easter.
You donated so many we just couldn't knit fast enough, so some of the eggs have had to go without covers! We're sure they'll be appreciated though 😋

We've started our knitting for Brian House for Easter!
Huge thanks to John Seed our local milkman for the egg trays so we can transport them safely to the children.

But we need more creme eggs - can you donate one or two for us to knit chicks and bunnies for?
If so you can drop your donations at the Brian House shop in Cherestanc Square, or the Hair Court in Thomas’s Weind. Or you can bring them to our group at the library on Tuesdays between 2 and 4pm.
Please help us give a smile to the children at Easter 🐣

🐇We're busy knitting chickens and rabbits to cover creme eggs for the children at Brian House Children's Hospice.
🐣If anyone can contribute a creme egg or two we would be really grateful.
