Happy Christmas to everyone.

It will start again on the 8th Jan.

Hope anyone reading this looks after themselves over the festive period and dark nights. Personally I'm missing the light but looking forward to spring and hope you stay happy and well x

The group runs from 3 - 4.30 pm on a Monday at The Garlinge Phoenix Project. This is a community garden on Garlinge Allotment site. The address is: Entrance between 7 and 9 Brooke Avenue, Garlinge, CT9 5NQ.

The group is for people who hear, see, smell, taste or feel things that aren't there, who mistrust/experience paranoia or overwhelming emotions.

It runs every Monday in Garlinge. In the new year Im hoping things will change so we'll meet in person twice a month, we'll have a zoom meeting once a month and have a social gathering once a month.

You can get to Garlinge via Margate train station then number 32 bus to Garlinge Primary School stop or Westgate-on-Sea train station with number 34 bus to Waverley Road stop and a short walk.

We did go back to Brighton, it was a bit windier than last year. Had a Chinese, a look in the Booth natural history museum, went to quite a number of pubs and I had my first ever Taro root crisp. 2024.... Southend xx
