Over the years £50,000 has been raised for the School – in an incredible variety of ways – and this has provided so much to enhance the children’s education. The types of events that FROG’s organise range from the Summer Fair, the provision of refreshments at Christmas concerts, flower arranging demonstrations, fashion evenin

gs, quizzes, dances. Whilst expenditure has been on such various items as cassette recorders, paying for every child to attend the Pantomime in Norwich, Computer equipment, speical furniture for the classrooms, equipment for play areas, books – an enormous range. Nobody who volunteers to help is turned away, so fancy having some fun and raising funds along the way, or have some ideas of things to do then please let us know. The School owes a huge debt to the hardworking FROG’s committees over the years – without the monies that they have raised, the children would not enjoy such a rich and varied curriculum.

Earlier this week we had the privilege of watching all the children at Garboldisham Church Primary Academy put on their fantastic Musical Extravaganza!
A special thankyou to all of the staff who supported them in such a small space of time. Special thankyou to James Ready Guitar Set-Up & Service, Mr Suter, Palgrave Players and Village Hall Garboldisham too!!
A big well done from frogs to all of the children who worked so hard with their musical instruments and singing!!

Also thankyou to everyone who bought drinks and lollies on the playground after each show!

Thankyou so much to everyone who popped to our stalls to say hi and play our games and tombolla! 🎲

Last week we held our summer disco mid week for the first time!
We had fantastic attendance across both key stages! Thankyou so much for trying an alternative day with us! 🥳
To help beat the heat 🔥 we had all the fans on, unlimited squash and swapped a melting biscuit for copious amounts of fruit!
This was a big hit and we will look at continuing that next summer too! 🍊 🍉
We also had our fantastic DJ TOM on the decks! 🎶
Thankyou to all the staff and volunteers who helped make it a successful night!

We are so pleased to share that we now have 3 amazing gazebos on the school field to provide much needed shade over the summer months. 🛖
We have also provided a big box full of colouring books for the children to share during playtime in the shade 🎨
We couldn't have provided these without the amazing £1000 sponsorship raised by Mark Samuel, one of our parents, who ran the Run Breckland Euston half marathon earlier this year with his brother Josh. A very big thankyou from us!
