Reconnect & Regulate is an 8-week, trauma-informed workshop designed to help people better understand emotions, stress responses, triggers, and the nervous system in a safe and supportive environment.

Together, we explore practical tools and gentle strategies to help people feel more grounded, connected, and emotionally regulated — without judgement or pressure.

This is not about “fixing” people.
It’s about understanding ourselves with more compassion, learning how the nervous system responds to stress and life experiences, and building practical ways to feel safer and more in control.

🗓 Starts Monday 29th June
⏰ Mondays, 6pm–8pm
📍 Harestanes Tower
👥 In person | Limited places available

Kindly funded by the Communities Mental Health Fund.

Take a Break Scotland grant programme is now open! Take a Break provides cash grants to parent carers (including eligible kinship carers) of disabled and seriously ill children and young people, aged 0 to 17. The grant can be used to contribute towards things like day trips, a short break away, an additional carer, travel costs, gardening and home entertainment equipment, and more. The programme aims to improve unpaid parent carers' quality of life, health and wellbeing by supporting them to access a break from the day-to-day routine of caring. It is funded by the Scottish Government and administered by the charity Family Fund. Find out more and apply online by visiting the Take a Break website: https://takeabreakscotland.org.uk

Take a Break is Scotland’s short breaks fund for carers of disabled and seriously ill children, young people and their families. Take a Break grants can be used for a break away, towards leisure activities or outings, sports equipment and much, much more.
