Gairloch Coastal Rowing Club We are a skiff rowing club based at Gairloch Harbour with our boat Longa. New members always welcome.

As we have achieved that objective, we now hope to encourage more people to join the club, and take part in rowing - either competitively or as a social activity.

And after so much anticipation, the online challenge #5 is finally here. Two groups went out today covering the 5 miles (8.05km) over the most beautiful sea.
Dolphins came up to greet us! Tough but well worth it! Two more groups out on Sunday and the best time will be entered on the competition! More photos/videos to be added as we go!!

A Ross-shire community was buzzing after a two-day rowing regatta - and excitement is already building ahead of a milestone year for the event in 2027.

A wet 💦 and midgie 🦟🦟🦟🦟 Monday morning row here in Gairloch! But what an amazing variety and quantity of birds 🪶! Terns, gannets, seagulls and cute little black and white little auks (or razorbills?)… a pod of dolphins 🐬🐬 in the distance! Two eagles 🦅🦅 soaring above! And our faithful seal 🦭 following us close by… Just a very easy social row on our bay surrounded by an amazing wild life… No better way to start the week!!
