Frome Guided Walks have been quiet of late but can announce that we have a very busy summer coming up, with walks in the Frome Festival, Frome Walking Festival and the annual Refugee Week. We are also aiming to run Community Walks at various dates over the coming months and will post all details soon. Meanwhile, to kick things off, there is a 'Heart of Frome' walk this Sunday (10th May) starting at 11am outside the main entrance of Frome Library. This is a walk around the centre of Frome giving an overview of the long history of the town. Led by Lisa Kenwright of Frome Guided Walks, the walk will take approximately 90 minutes and cover about 1km, finishing on Catherine Hill. Please note that there are some steep cobbled streets and two sets of steps on the route. £10 pp. For further details or booking, contact Frome Guided Walks at our usual email address.
