- great advertising for your group/company
- can give out your leaflets, have a display alongside

Some of the stalls we have are listed below - but we also happy to make some bespoke ones once you tell us what you do, Sue has just made an awesome game for the tennis club for instance and is adapting a game for a swim club that wants to promote their group - please get in touch, we need 2 plus people for each stall for it to go ahead.

We are trying not to duplicate types of stalls so please do share as much information as possible/any images of your product so that we can confirm if we already have a stall for this, we do appreciate that similar crafts can have very different products!

Calling all crafters, artisans and creators!

Would you like a stall at our 2026 Summer Fete being held Monday 31st August (Bank Holiday) from 12pm?

£10 for a 3x3 pitch (if you need extra space, electrics etc let us know on the application as this may incur an extra charge!)

We have lots of stalls, activities, games and refreshments already confirmed and would love to fill out our stall section with lots of local creators showcasing their products and wares, and hopefully make this our biggest and best fete yet!

Another big thank you to Tendring District Council/ Princes Theatre who have kindly offered 2 x complimentary tickets for the Princes Theatre (up to a value of £20 each) for our raffle this year!
