Thank you to our ONE helper who turned up today. Cleaned all our hall and toilets (even took the chewing gum out of the urinal!!) Hero! Whoever put it in there thanks.

Come to our 120 yr old fete We have rides, inflatables, a train on track, remote control planes and cars, lots of fundraisers, 44 craft stalls, food court inc the famous The Giggly Pig Company hog roast company, cream teas, own bar, game stalls free entry free parking. Tug of war, toss the bale etc and so much more

Kirby Fete is passionate about being able to promote local organisations and help worthwhile causes to fundraise. (Gone are the days unfortunately where the fete was able to give thousands in donations as they had millions of helpers in order to raise substantial profits because they were able to man and produce all the food & games etc themselves, we do what we can though, pics of that coming up soon) so we are super pleased to be able to allow this amazing cause, along with the brownies, guides, scouts (Edwards Teddy Tombola) sea cadets, and our village churches and just like Edwards Teddy Tombola you will see we have some lovely young entrepreneurs launching their businesses in our Kirby Fete 2026 market. Please show your support to all these stalls on Monday ♡

We will be attending the Kirby fete this bank holiday Monday with our tombola stall, some lovely things to be won. Come down and enjoy an afternoon of fun.

Some of the stalls we have are listed below - but we also happy to make some bespoke ones once you tell us what you do, Sue has just made an awesome game for the tennis club for instance and is adapting a game for a swim club that wants to promote their group - please get in touch, we need 2 plus people for each stall for it to go ahead.

We are trying not to duplicate types of stalls so please do share as much information as possible/any images of your product so that we can confirm if we already have a stall for this, we do appreciate that similar crafts can have very different products!

Calling all crafters, artisans and creators!

Would you like a stall at our 2026 Summer Fete being held Monday 31st August (Bank Holiday) from 12pm?

£10 for a 3x3 pitch (if you need extra space, electrics etc let us know on the application as this may incur an extra charge!)

We have lots of stalls, activities, games and refreshments already confirmed and would love to fill out our stall section with lots of local creators showcasing their products and wares, and hopefully make this our biggest and best fete yet!
