From Monday 7th September, Cuppa Cafe is extending our opening hours! 🎉

🕘 Monday–Friday | 9am–4pm

That’s two extra hours for coffee, cake, lunch and a good blether! ☕🍰

We love being part of the Crimond Medical Hub and our local community, and we want to keep making Cuppa Cafe even better.

This issue reported today from the medical centre is echoed though the building. The public toilet facilities are also being left in an unacceptable condition which add costs to the Charitable trusts operating costs. We were forced in the past to lock the downstairs toilets, they are currently unlocked and we hope to be able to continue this. We urge everyone to respect the facilities and leave the toilets in a condition you would expect to find them in. Thank you

🚨 Important Notice to Patients 🚨

We are disappointed to report that our patient toilet has recently been left in an unacceptable condition, resulting in significant cleaning requirements and raising concerns regarding infection control within the practice.

Our facilities are provided for the benefit of all patients and staff, and we expect them to be used respectfully and hygienically at all times.

Incidents of this nature place additional pressures on our team, disrupt the running of the practice, and can potentially impact the health and wellbeing of both staff and patients.

We will not tolerate deliberate misuse of our facilities. Should further incidents occur, we will have no option but to review patient access to toilet facilities and may restrict their use in the future.

We appreciate the cooperation of the vast majority of our patients and thank you for helping us maintain a safe and clean environment for everyone.

Good morning, brave souls! 🌧️

Well… the weather has clearly woken up on the wrong side of the bed today and is doing its very best to sabotage cars@cuppacafe—rude, honestly. We completely understand if your car would rather stay tucked up at home instead of venturing out into this soggy chaos.

That said, we’ve prepped, we’ve brewed, and we refuse to be defeated by a bit of dramatic drizzle! ☕ We’ll be open as planned from 11am to 2pm for anyone fancying a cosy escape. There’ll be rolls & burgers, there’ll be soup, and—most importantly—it’s gloriously dry inside the café.

So if you’re feeling adventurous (or just hungry), pop in and join us 🥣✨

At Cuppa Cafe, everything is made fresh to order—because we believe in good food, not fast food.

During busy times, there may be a short wait, and we truly appreciate your patience. If you’ve visited and we couldn’t seat you, we’re really sorry—we hope to welcome you back again soon!

To avoid the wait, we highly recommend booking ahead. For groups of 6 or more, pre-orders are warmly welcomed.
