Well - here we go. The moment we have all been waiting for has arrived.

After a flurry of last minute donations and the last few auction bids being paid, I can announce that we have raised the amazing sum of £20,561.

I am a bit blown away. This is possibly going to be the shortest post I have made on this page!

I will (probably) post some more tomorrow when it has sunk in!

That's all folks - the auctions are done and with that, our fundraising is officially over. We have a few auction items (that only closed last night) to be settled up and then we will announce the final total raised on our main event page and the website.

A massive thanks from me (Alison), Henry, Mungo, Dave and Beef for your help and support - donating items, bidding for items and especially winning items. There were even some that paid more than they bid. What a lovely bunch of people you all are; we couldn't have done it without you.

Item: Wooden Scooter Model. For those that know him, Pete took up wood turning recently and has produced some amazing bowls and trays. As far as I know, this is his first go at anything scooter related. Pete's Mum has alzheimer's so our cause is very near and dear to his heart.

Item: Shakedown Winter Scooter Rally. The organisers have donated a 6-berth caravan and 6 wristbands for the South-East’s premier Winter Scooter Rally. The rally will take place on 15th – 17th November, at Harts Holiday Park, Isle of Sheppey, Kent.

The winner will receive the booking details that will just need to be confirmed with the organisers. Please note that this is non-exchangeable, non-redeemable / non-refundable.
