The Private Landlord Support Project works together with Landlords to ensure the provision of excellent quality private rented accommodation across Lochaber. With a shared passion for safe, secure and
affordable homes for the community the service
provides information and practical assistance
tailored to the individual Landlord’s aspirations. Whether it is getting registered, meeting legislation,

exceeding housing standards or becoming accredited the service will bring the expertise, knowledge and focus of Shelter Scotland to achieve these goals. Providing a long term home looks after the bricks and mortar investment and ensures a capital and social return in the future.
