✨ Mental Health Awareness | Forres ✨
It was a pleasure to deliver a Mental Health Awareness session in the warm and welcoming environment of Café 1496, in partnership with Forres Business Association.
We explored how mental health impacts all of us at different points in our lives, the importance of recognising early signs, and the support that is available, from professionals, groups and through peer support and connection within our own community.
Participants engaged openly, shared experiences and resources, and contributed to thoughtful, supportive discussion throughout.
Creating space for these conversations locally really matters. Thank you to Café 1496 and Forres Business Association for helping champion mental health in the community. 💚
