This latest amendment to the Natural Environment Bill is a win for Atlantic Salmon conservation efforts and reflects the serious impact that fish crime can have on our native populations. 🎉

We welcome the recent news that an amendment to the Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill to enable stronger penalties to be applied to serious fish crime has passed through Parliament. This change sees the maximum fine for summary convictions for fish poaching increase to £10,000.
