We're gathering data on our Active 50s programme.

Active 50 is a community-based physical activity and social programme for people aged 50+. Through a weekly timetable of low-impact sport and activity, the programme supports people to stay active, connected and confident as they age.

It is one of our main projects at Three Hills Sports Park, and since being introduced by The Sports Trust, it has become a key part of what we do.

There's always scope to improve and adapt what we do to serve our community better. So, whether you are an active member of Active 50s or not, we would love to hear from you.

Another year, another incredible day raising important funds for The Sports Trust.

On the 11th September, we gathered with friends, partners and sponsors for an exciting day of golf at Broome Park Hotel.

It was another record-breaking day with over £5,000 being raised.

We would like to thank everyone who got involved, whether by taking part on the course, supporting the fundraising or helping to spread the word. Your enthusiasm and generosity created a brilliant atmosphere!

A special thank you goes to all our sponsors, whose generous support helped make the event possible.

A message from The Sports Trust regarding todays events.

It has been a long day and we want to say thank you.

Thank you to everybody who pulled together to help those in need today after the fire at the Grand Burstin.

A special thank you to Morrisons Folkestone, their management and their incredible staff who have worked tirelessly and gone above and beyond to ensure we have had everything we need to keep everyone fed throughout the day. They have provided us with food, drinks and everything we have asked for. We are unbelievably grateful.

Thank you to all the various organisations and services who have not stopped to ensure people are safe and looked after. The volunteers, the council, the The Salvation Army United Kingdom and Ireland Territory and everybody else involved have been incredible.

Today has shown the importance of community and we are proud to have been able to provide a space for everyone to come together and support those in need.

Lastly but not least, to The Sports Trust and Three Hills Sports Park team. Since 4am this morning they have been doing everything they can to help manage the situation and provide a warm, welcoming space. We as a leadership team could not be prouder.
