💙 Men's Health Week 2026 takes place from 15–21 June, shining a light on the importance of men's physical and mental health.

This week is an opportunity to start conversations, challenge stigma, and remind men that it's okay to ask for support. Whether you're looking after your wellbeing, supporting someone else, or taking the first step towards getting help, you don't have to do it alone.

Let's work together to create a future where every man feels able to talk about their health and access the support they need.
