🔥 WHAT. A. WEEKEND. 🔥

Over 100 of you turned out to cheer on 60 incredible participants who took on the ultimate challenge - walking across hot coals- all in support of better mental health across our coast.

We’re still trying to take it all in… and we think we’ll need a little longer to digest this one! ❤️

For now, a massive thank you to everyone who took part, came along, cheered, donated and made it such a special night.

And a huge thank you to Sauna&Cold Plunge ·Margate·Whitstable·Faversham·Folkestone·Deal for the incredible support and hospitality, and to Saga for their generosity in helping make it happen.

We’ll be back with a proper look at the weekend once we’ve had a chance to process it all… 👀🔥

This World Mental Health Day, we're supporting 's new campaign to transform the future of mental health support: See Me Now.

At the heart of the campaign is a simple belief: everyone should have access to mental health support that makes them feel seen, and starts on the day they ask for help.

Here at South Kent Mind, we support over 2000 people each year with their mental health and wellbeing.

Artwork made by our service users will be on display as part of the 2026 programme, where 150+ creatives are brought together in 51 locations across Folkestone to keep the creative energy alive in our town.
