1. Nat created a beautiful spread for her guests. The refreshing salad contained spring onions from our fridge, chicken thighs from our freezer and red peppers for the sauce from our counters. π
2. The humble cabbage was collected by Amy, and braised for 20 mins. She then opened a bag of microwave rice and added readymade sauces with peanuts and sesame seeds. Perfect! π₯¬
3. Joel collected globe artichokes from us. He was generous enough to share his step by step guide for steamed artichokes with French vinaigrette. Please check out our stories for the recipe. Why not screenshot & keep for next time? πΈ
4. Danielle made a colourful, wholesome rice dish. Enough for a family of five, featuring peppers and broccoli from FCF. π«π€ΌββοΈ
5. We've had plenty of citrus fruit in recent weeks at FCF.Β Claire picked up some lemons and created a tangy marmalade! π
6. Ryan picked up frozen garlic flatbread. He used tomatoes from our counters and added his own additional toppings from home. π
7. Several months ago Ryan's neighbour (name unknown) enjoyed an avocado. Wasting nothing, she decided to nurture the seed and has produced this impressive avocado plant!Β π±
