🧡 Thank you SO much to those of you who give us money, on a monthly basis or as a one-off donation. The vast majority of items we distribute are pre-loved however, we really need your funds!

🧡 Pictured here are some items which we've needed to buy quite a few of this year - Moses baskets, double buggies, sterilisers and high chairs. We also need to purchase cots, new mattresses for cots and pre-loved Moses baskets and other items such as larger nappies or clothes that are requested from time to time.

🧡 Without money in our bank account, we are unable to do this. So it is with sincere hearts that we thank those of you who donate money to us, especially as so many of us are struggling with the cost of living at the moment.

🧡 If you would like to do this for us, or to raise funds for us in some way, you can do so by using this link to put money into our account: https://cafdonate.cafonline.org/15046?fbclid=IwY2xjawRenkVleHRuA2FlbQIxMABzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEeRCld7-l2iCPQU4TXIej3UN0c7AUJpAaomKAZUSt39sN6POr9FhBD0Rkr-ic_aem_XnBmj65JbDvADQj0HtN8Yg #!/DonationDetails

Thank you.

🧡 Working with our partners enabled us to put this referral together:

Castle Hill Family Hub provided us with some clothing;
Those who give to us financially enabled us to purchase the double buggy and some additional clothing;
A social media shout out to YOU, our community, provided us with suitable toys;
Morrison Pick Up Packs and other donations from you, provided the rest of the items.

THANK YOU!

🧡 All these items went to a family in need of a double pushchair so that they could leave the house, toys (they had none), warm clothing, toiletries and nappies.

🧡 We are so grateful to everyone who supports us, enabling us to help local families in need.

🧡 We are open to receive your donations on Tuesday (13th October).

🧡 Recycling items that you have finished with, and are still in excellent condition, is a great way to protect the environment as well as support local families, who will make good use of the items with their little ones.

🧡 Thank you so much to each of you who donate items to us, both new and preloved. We are super grateful and cannot support local families without your help.

🧡 These nappies, toiletries and clothing went to a family experiencing lack of funds, due to a recent redundancy.

🧡 If you are struggling, for whatever reason, and need our help, please ask a professional supporting you if they will refer you to us. We love to help out.

🔵 Thank you to everyone who has given their blue tokens to vote for us, so far. We have 2 more months to go!

🔵 Please, if you are shopping in Tesco, ask for blue tokens and vote for Baby Basics Folkestone. The main store and the express stores in the town are participating.

🔵 If you believe in the work we do, to support vulnerable families and their babies, we would so appreciate you popping your blue tokens into the box with our details on it.

Many thanks.

🧡 This huge bundle of items went to parents expecting the arrival of their little one. Unfortunately they are struggling with their mental health.

🧡 We hope that receiving the items they need, in good time, will go some way to relieving their anxiety, reducing stress and providing hope and love.
