What an incredible Sunday we had last week! ☀️

It was such a joy to say a final farewell to our friends from Texas Wedgwood Baptist Church, Missional Links Wales. We enjoyed a fantastic community BBQ, delicious ice cream, uplifting worship, amazing testimonies and a wonderful time of fun, friendship and connecting with one another. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a special day. Thanks again to Matthew Hayes for the fantastic photos.

What an amazing day we had on Saturday at our Flint Fun Day! 🎉
A huge thank you to all of our incredible volunteers who gave up their time to make the day such a success. A very special thank you to our friends from Texas who volunteered through Wedgwood Baptist Church and Missional Links Wales.
We’re also so grateful to Blue Duo Events for the fantastic character meet and greets, and to Matthew Hayes for capturing so many wonderful moments throughout the day. Andys Man Club Mold
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event. Thanks to your generosity, we raised over £1,950! 🎉
Every penny raised will go directly back into the community programmes we run here in Flint, helping us continue to make a positive difference.
Thank you all for making it such a memorable day—we couldn't do it without you! 💙

🎉 Fun Day at Flint Castle – Saturday 4th July | 10am–3pm 🎉
Come and join us for a fantastic FREE family fun day at Flint Castle as part of the Flint Festival!
There will be something for everyone, with lots of local organisations, community groups and stalls taking part throughout the day. Whether you're bringing little ones, teenagers, grandparents, or coming along with friends, there's plenty to enjoy!

The amazing Blue Duo Events will be providing our mascot characters and serving ice creams, candy floss and other tasty treats throughout the day.
🎯 Fundraising Stalls
RiverDee Community Church will also be running a variety of fundraising stalls including Hook-a-Duck, crafts, sweets, teddy stalls, nachos and more. All money raised will go directly back into the activities and support we provide within the Flint community.
💵 Please note: RiverDee stalls will be cash only on the day.
🤠 We are also delighted to be welcoming our Mission Links Wales team all the way from Texas! If you hear an American accent, be sure to stop and say hello!
🚗 Parking is available around the castle. Please be considerate and respectful to local residents when parking.
☔ The event will go ahead whatever the weather, so come prepared and join us for a great day of fun!
