ving, creative, innovative, dynamic and professional approach to their work. We offer a young person friendly approach. Offering them a safe, warm and welcoming environment where they will not be judged. After contact with Fleet Phoenix they will leave having learnt something or been supported in some way. Our approach can be either informal or formal, depending on the circumstances. The staff team will enable, support, mentor and advocate for young people, especially those in the community down on their luck, struggling or vulnerable.
