Hart Voluntary Action We are committed to championing a thriving, well connected voluntary sector, enabling individuals to easily source and secure the information and support they need.

Hart Voluntary Action delivers a range of services directly supporting local residents in NE Hampshire. Our services: Adult & Youth Counselling, Young Carers Support, Hart's Community Garden, Hart Health Walks and Hart Volunteer Centre.

Hart Voluntary Action also supports voluntary groups in NE Hampshire by providing advice and guidance, offering help with finding grants or other funding opport

unities, advocating on behalf of our local VCSE organisations, and much more.

A special yoga and sound session by Amber Wellbeing to celebrate midsummer, embrace the long days and unwind at Hart's Community Garden 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️🌿💚

Focused on breath, gentle movement, and deep relaxation with sound, the session will be followed by a drink together to embrace the long summer evenings.

In the case of poor weather the event will go ahead in the polytunnels to a soundtrack of rain.

Why Youth Club Matters 🧡

At Hart & Rushmoor Young Carers, our youth clubs are about so much more than just activities.

They’re a chance for young carers to relax, have fun, make friends, and spend time with other young people who understand some of the challenges they face day to day.

No two sessions are ever quite the same either! One week might involve parachute games, slime making and LEGO challenges, while another could include karaoke, pool, arts & crafts, team games or even a bit of Just Dance on the Nintendo Switch

For many young carers, club is an opportunity to switch off from responsibilities at home for a little while, build confidence, laugh together, and simply enjoy being young people.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff and volunteers who help create such a welcoming, supportive and fun environment every week 🧡

It's and we wanted to take the opportunity to update you on the current recycling streams we are collecting in the portholes in Hart Shopping Centre.

If you've got any of the pictured bread, biscuit or Ferrero/Kinder packaging (or any ink cartridges) please do drop them off. It's a great way to ensure difficult packaging gets recycled whilst raising funds for Hart Voluntary Action.
