Remember we are hosting a BBQ tomorrow at 2pm to recognise the dedication to our local veteran community from Mr Ben Higgins BEM. There will be a presentation to Ben at approx 3pm. If Ben has helped you in any way please feel free to come along and say thank you and wish him well in his retirement. If you wish to attend the BBQ it will cost £10 per head.
As many of you know our good friend Ben Higgins has retired after many years of service to the veterans community. He has been a great friend of Fivemiletown Royal British Legion and our local veterans. Many of us have benefited from his knowledge, advice and dedication to improve the veterans lot.
With this in mind we are hosting a BBQ on Sunday 11th October at 2pm in FMT RBL in order to give everyone a chance to say thank you to Ben for all his help over many years.
If you would like to attend the BBQ and say thank you to Ben it will cost £10 per person. Please call Iain Lendrum on 07866511961 to book your food.
If you would just like to call in and not have a BBQ feel free to join us from 2.30pm for a presentation to Ben and his wife.
