Run Reading with your favourite people!

“It’s so much fun to run Reading Half with friends. So many people cheering you on all the way around the route makes it my favourite run.

When we had the idea to run with five of us from our running club, Finch Coasters, dressed as a caterpillar, the Reading Half was the first run that came to mind!

Taking in all the support and cheering, eating the sweets, high-fiving all the kids and, of course, the obligatory b**r from the Nags Head are just a few of the highlights. Why wouldn’t you want to share that experience with friends?

Beautiful morning at September parkrun of the month - Richmond Park.

We all agreed what a lovely parkrun, with lots of deer, a trumpet player and lots of friendly locals. Great cafe and views afterwards plus free parking.

Slightly delayed July recap! It’s been a long hot month and whilst some club runs have been cancelled due to the ☀️ 🥵 and not so many external events, members have still had a great month!

We saw Darrel’s AM runs beating the heat and proving popular whilst everyone also learnt how to perfect a jump! Lots of parkrun tourism too (sorry if I missed anyone).
