Finch Coasters

Finch Coasters is a friendly running club based at FBC Community Community Centre in Finchampstead, covering the Wokingham area.

We welcome and cater for all abilities and distances, and run together on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. A small, friendly, inclusive and fun running club based at FBC Centre, Finchampstead in Wokingham, covering the surrounding area. We run regularly throughout the week with our Club Runs as well as other social and running events throughout the year. You can become a member at membermojo.co.uk

Final race of our Chris Speed Summer Series handicap which was rearranged from a couple of weeks ago when it was too hot to run! Well done everyone, it was still hot to run tonight, you were amazing 🤩 👏🏻

Another hot club champs race today @ Dorney Lake 10k. So hot we forgot a group photo! Managed to capture some after the race though. Well done everyone who took part and to Ross and Nick for coming 1st and 2nd place overall. 👏🏻

June was a quieter month for external events, probably for the best with the recent heatwave seeing a few club runs cancelled. Despite that it’s still been a busy month with a few of the following.

Yateley 10k, Endure24, Plitvicki half marathon, Chris Speed Summer Series Handicap 2, Pride club rainbow run, Lisburn half marathon, Dinton Summer Series Race 2, Bracknell Samaritans 10k, Cliveden 10k, Race to the king, Runnymede relays, lots of parkrun touring!
