Chilton Academy - Community are today delighted to launch a new Soft Play facility that will be open to our community from W/C the 5th of October 2026!

The cost? As little as £7.50 per-child (aged 0-11) for a 60 minute session, with up-to 20 spaces available every hour!

Booking a slot at our new Fitness Suite has never been easier!

To make a booking, select the ‘+’ icon on the Hallmaster calendar, & enter your details, as demonstrated below! Once entered, press Continue.

You can then make your booking and choose available slots, dates & hours! Once you have pressed Save, our Community Manager will be in touch to confirm your booking & provide all the information you need prior to starting with us!

Chilton Academy - Community are delighted to launch a new fitness-suite, based from Chilton Academy, which will be available to hire, Monday to Friday, to our local-community!

The cost? As little as £20.00 per-month on a pay-as-you-go basis! This means no contract tie-in & attending as little or as much as you like in any given month, for a fixed-cost!

The fitness-suite plans to open W/C the 28th of September 2026, with a wide-range of Matrix-delivered equipment available (including treadmills, dumbbells, benches & more!) with hourly slots between 6am-10pm, Monday to Friday, available to book!

The best part? Our booking system, Hallmaster, is fully transparent & demonstrates the number of attendees per-hour - so for those looking to avoid those busy hours, this is perfect for you!

Our Community Manager Jake Pearson is set to start a new role in September!

After nine months of success with our new FIFA-quality 3G surface, Jake will under-take a new role of Community & Partnerships Manager, operating across both Shildon AFC & Shildon AFC CIC.

Jake will continue to work with existing partner clubs & managing the 3G programme-of-use, whilst fostering relationships with new & existing club sponsors - this marks an exciting time for the clubs growth on the eve of the new season 🔴⚪️🚂

Chilton Academy are delighted to announce that a new state-of-the-art gym facility will be available to use for staff, sports groups & members of the public from September 2026!

As part of a construction project involving the re-development of the Academy squash courts, the new gym-equipment will be provided by Matrix, a global leader in commercial fitness equipment!
