I'm sorry, I fibbed, well, not intentionally. I thought my first rehome of the year was on 28th but apparently FSFH has been asked by a farmer to help with his hens next week so Newark (actually in Farnsfield) will be open on Sunday 15th March. Maybe your mum would like a hen or two 😉??? Get your reservations in now www.freshstartforhens.co.uk

Today's hens are Bovan Browns, they were free range until lock down and have come from Maidenhead, Berkshire. Layed eggs in their crates on the way so no one has told them to stop laying, it's winter, clearly 🐔🐔🐔
