We’re pleased to announce that UTAC has chosen Mission Motorsport as its charity of choice for 2026.

UTAC has been a major name in automotive testing and engineering for more than 100 years, with its UK operations based at Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire.

This partnership will provide valuable support for our fundraising work, helping us continue to support veterans, service leavers and their families through motorsport and the automotive industry.

We’re hugely grateful to the team at UTAC for their support and look forward to working together over the year ahead.

Faringdon & District Royal British Legion – Open Evening Highlights

On Wednesday 17th June, the Faringdon & District Branch of the Royal British Legion welcomed members, guests, and prospective new supporters to an Open Evening at the Bowls Club.

The evening was an opportunity to introduce people to the work of the Royal British Legion and encourage new members to join our branch community. We were delighted to share more about the support the Legion provides to serving personnel, veterans, and their families — and how local people can get involved.

A special moment of the night was the presentation of the Branch Stole to Reverend Maria Jukes of All Saints Church, as she begins her role as Branch Chaplain. Reverend Maria expressed her delight at taking on this position, saying: “It will be a privilege to support the Faringdon and District Branch Royal British Legion in this role as Branch Chaplain.”
