EmploYOU helps people aged 16+ with learning disabilities in Dorset build the confidence, skills, and independence needed to take the next step towards a brighter future.

We're here to help every step of the way.
Our person-centred support includes:
- CV writing and job application support
- Interview preparation and mock interviews
- Help finding training and learning opportunities
- Job coaching and workplace support
- Access to Work application support
- Ongoing support for up to six months after starting employment
We've helped people secure placements and opportunities with organisations including Royal Mail, Dorset Council, RSPCA, Dorset Air Ambulance, Co-op, British Heart Foundation, Carnival UK, Southampton University, and many more.
Every individual receives a tailored Vocational Profile, Progression Plan, and SMART Action Plan, designed around their personal goals and ambitions.
Referrals are made through Dorset Council, who will guide you through the process and help you access the right support.
