Parkinson's nurses are life-changing and this International Nurses Day we want to say a big thank you for all their hard work supporting the community to live well with Parkinson's.

Since we launched our nurse appeal in 2024, our supporters have helped us fund 32 new specialists across the UK, supporting approximately 11,000 more people living with Parkinson's. But there's still a way to go - over 28,000 people still don't have access to a nurse.

If you're without a Parkinson's nurse, remember you can call our free helpline on 0808 800 0303 to get advice from a nurse on medication, symptoms and information on accessing other services.
