Crafty Makery The Crafty Makery provides a community space for all ages to come in and learn or complete all crafting projects. Everyone is welcome.

We have a skilled team of volunteers waiting to greet you with a smile.Come in as strangers and leave as friends. We have a whole team of volunteers just waiting to help you develop your skill set. Why not come in for a friendly cuppa and a chat, to see how we can inspire your inner crafting skills.

LAST WEEK 24th Aug -Make a beach house using the sewing machine, age 6+ please book.
Also keyrings, bag charms, suncatchers etc using beads, we even have football beads! Please book.
Tuesday 25th - Origami and puppets. Please book.
Weds 26th Make a beaded octopus now that is creative! Booking preferable.
Mixed media Beach Pictures Booking preferable. Rock painting. Tie Dye cancelled
Thurs 27th- Origami and puppets. Please book.
Friday 28th- Beach huts using a sewing machine age 6+ please book.
Also keyrings, bag charms, suncatchers etc using beads, we even have football beads! Please book.

Hi all. The Crafty Makery hope you are all having a wonderful sunny summer holiday and hope to get to meet more of you before the schools go back.

We are especially enjoying those of you coming in and painting ceramics and please continue to do so. However, we do have a problem with our kiln and are now waiting for an engineer to come out. This should all be sorted by the end of the week but it does mean there will be a longer wait for your ceramics to be ready to collect. We may have told you your items will be ready in about a week but at the moment we are asking you to wait about 2 weeks.

Sorry for any inconvenience and if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Weds 19th Make a beaded octopus now that is creative, make sure you know how many legs to do! Booking preferable.
