Thank you so much to Alex Foster from Brent Lodge Wildlife Hospital for her inspirational talk on Thursday night. She was an absolutely fabulous ambassador for this precious charity who do so much to rescue, rehabilitate and return to the wild thousands of creatures every year.
Thank you also to everyone who came along and supported our event, donated items from the wish list and purchased the sale items Alex brought along.

Thank you so much to everyone who came along and supported our screening of the People's Emergency Briefing last week, it's not the easiest film to watch but we had a great discussion afterwards and were left with a feeling of positive hope for the future.

A reminder our Great Bustard Group Open Weekend is coming up (12/13th September), and spaces for visits out onto Salisbury Plain to see the Bustards are filling fast!

Saturday is selling quickly, so if you’re hoping to visit on Saturday, we recommend booking soon to avoid missing out. There’s still good availability on Sunday afternoon, so that’s a great option if Saturday is looking tricky.

I wonder if either of our local MP's Paul Holmes MP or Suella Braverman MP attended this debate? More and more MP's are asking for Parliament to stop sweeping this issue under the carpet and ignoring it.

I had a lovely visit to see Steve and Jane Page last Sunday as they were taking part in the NGS Open Garden Scheme. You may remember that they gave a fabulous talk back in March all about their native wildflower garden and how and why they created it.
It was lovely to see the garden full of wildlife and people who attend our Wilder Fareham group.
