Coming up this Tuesday 21st July at Fareham Library.

Our in-person meet-ups are very informal, free to attend and with the option to purchase reasonably priced and delicious food and drinks in our lovely cafe venues. Our team can usually be spotted in teal t-shirts with our logo or by the pile of pregnancy, birth and parenting books in the middle of the table. 

There’s no time too soon or too late to start coming along. You can come alone or bring anyone you like with you. You don’t have to arrive at the start or stay the whole time just drop in when it works for you. You don’t have to ask anything just come and enjoy some company but if you want to you can ask anything, there’s no such thing as a stupid question or something that’s too embarrassing.

We’re just as happy to talk about feelings that feel overwhelming, making birth choices, vagina-related topics, the contents of babies’ nappies or anything in-between.

Next month (Friday 7th August) will be our annual summer picnic. This year we’re meeting at Portchester Castle between 10am and 12pm.

If it’s too rainy or windy we will divert to the café in the chapel so look out for social media posts on the day or message us if you want to be sure.

As with our meet-ups our summer picnic is for anyone who wants to join us and chat about anything pregnancy, birth, postnatal or family life-related. Bring your own snacks, drinks, lunch etc.

Hey birthworkers! The IPBB team are getting everyone together for an evening of community and connection. We know that birthworkers can often feel isolated or alone, and there is so much joy to be found in coming together.

Join us for a fun, in-person social where we can connect, share stories, and learn from each other. Whether you’re a doula, midwife, antenatal educator or just passionate about supporting families, this is a great chance to hang out and grow your community.

If you’ve never been to one of our meet ups before, this is an excellent opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the IPBB ethos.
