Celebrating International Dog Day!

To mark International Dog Day, we would love our foster carers and followers to share photos of your beloved dogs with us.

Meet Ted, a 6-year-old Cockerpoo who has been part of his fostering family for six years. When one of their first foster children arrived, they were very quiet and kept to themselves. One day, the carers noticed the child sitting and talking to Ted, who calmly stayed by their side, offering comfort and companionship. It was a truly heartwarming moment and a reminder of just how special dogs can be.

Dogs can make a real difference in family life. In fostering households, they often help break down barriers, provide comfort, and support children to feel safe and settled more quickly.

We’d love to see your dogs and hear your stories. Please share your photos and tell us what makes your furry friends so special.

If you are a family with a dog and would love to foster, please get in touch with us today, we would love to hear from you:
