🍆🍑Could you spare as little as a couple of hours a month to help keep the Pantry running?
We are looking for new Tuesday volunteers at all our sessions to be that friendly face customers remember when shopping.
Volunteers must be physically able to lift and move heavy items while using safe manual handling guidance.
Make new friends, be part of a growing community and help others.

NHS Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services are running a course.
'Understanding & Strategies to Support Young People's Mental Health'

This informative session will help you:
✅ Understanding adolescent mental health
✅ Anxiety
✅Low mood
✅ Emotionally based school avoidance
✅ 8 skills to support a young person

Whether you're a parent, carer, teacher, volunteer, or simply want to learn more, everyone is welcome.
