I may have been a bit forward with mention of the Christmas Bazaar recently as we haven’t even reached the Autumn equinox yet!
However, today is 1st September and definitely beginning to feel autumnal, so put the date of the Harvest Celebration Lunch in your diaries and ask some friends along to join the community at Park Place.

Sr Evelyn kicked the Jazz evening off introducing Maury Dean’s Solent Big Band under the leadership of Louise Boyer.
Singer Dave Brown entertained with songs from the 1950/60s and capacity audience of 100 thoroughly enjoyed the event.
