A Heartfelt Legacy: Help Create Rob’s Place. Since 1981,.Rob has dedicated his life to caring for others. Throughout Rob's career in care service delivery and managing a care business, his sickness record remained nearly impeccable. However, in November 2025, Rob received the devastating news that he has incurable stage 4 pancreatic cancer, prompting him to begin palliative chemotherapy. Before Rob leaves this life, He aspires to raise funds to purchase a small hotel by the sea, aptly named **Rob’s Place**. This establishment will serve as a sanctuary for those who are terminally ill, providing respite for them and their carers in a peaceful seaside setting. “Rob’s Place” will be operating as a non-profit charity or small business, ensuring that those in need can access a serene retreat with minimal charges. We hope to collaborate with social services and other funding streams to help cover costs, making it accessible for everyone. As he embarks on this journey, Rob seeks to raise capital to acquire such a property. Unfortunately, banks are unwilling to provide mortgages to individuals with limited life expectancy. Therefore, I am reaching out for investors or generous individuals willing to donate any amount, starting from just £1, to help make this dream a reality. **Rob’s Place** will be his legacy, allowing terminally ill individuals to enjoy a delightful break by the seaside.
