Young Generation

Young Generation Falmouth's award winning theatre company for young people aged 10-20, founded in 1982. Winners of the Kings Award for Voluntary Service 2024.

Young Generation was founded by Sally and Tony Robinson back in 1982, over 40 years ago! Since then, hundreds of young people have passed through the auditions to perform in one of the many previous shows. The Young Generation committee is made up of voluntary members. We also have a number of helping hands who lend their assistance at different stages throughout the year. If you are aged between

10 - 20 years old and may be interested in joining Young Generation then please drop us an email or send us a private message and we will get back to you with all the necessary information. Young Generation is run entirely by volunteers. Many of us work full time hours on top of all the hours that we commit to the group. We love what we do and are passionate about building the confidence of young people... but we can't do it without your help! Alongside the committee we have a number of volunteers who drop in and out of the rehearsal and performance process; some build the set, some sell raffle tickets and others assist with make-up! Whoever you are and whatever you do, we're sure that you could help us in some way. If you are interested in volunteering for Young Generation then please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

That's a wrap! ✨

Our production of Legally Blonde has now come to an end after five amazing performances at Princess Pavilion and what a fantastic week it has been!

We have been overwhelmed by the wonderful feedback from our audiences and so proud of the incredible energy, talent and dedication shown by our cast in every single performance.

A huge thank you goes to everyone who helped make this production possible. To our amazing cast members, their parents and families, backstage crew, production team, chaperones, volunteers and of course, our audience members. We couldn't do any of this without your continued support, commitment and generosity!

Thank you for being part of this unforgettable experience and helping us bring this fabulous show to life 💖

If you're coming to watch Legally Blonde this evening, please be aware there will be road closures in place from 6pm around Falmouth Rugby Club due to Falmouth Carnival as part of Falmouth Week.

Please allow extra time to get to Princess Pavilion and for parking. The roads will be busier than usual and car parks will fill up quickly!
