Have you ever been looking for somewhere to meet a friend for a catch-up and thought, "Where shall we go?" ☕😊

Our café is one of those little hidden gems that's perfect for putting the world to rights over a coffee, enjoying a slice of cake, or even having a quick meeting with a colleague.

I often see people arrive saying they'll just stay for half an hour, only to still be chatting away much later! There's something about the relaxed atmosphere and friendly faces that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy some good company.

So whether you're catching up with an old friend, meeting someone for the first time, or simply fancy a change of scenery while you work, we'd love to welcome you.

We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm. Why not pop in and see us? ☕🍰

Having recently moved to the area, Elena was looking for a way to give something back to her new community, do something worthwhile, and meet new people along the way. We're delighted that she chose to join us.

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, helping to create a welcoming space where people can connect, stay active, and feel part of the community. We're so grateful that Elena has decided to be part of that journey.

With our new September timetable, Wednesdays are now packed with even more opportunities to move, strengthen, stretch and feel good.

Whether you're an early bird who loves a morning Spin session or someone who prefers to unwind with yoga after work, there's plenty to choose from throughout the day.
