🌈 Squidlets is back! 🦑

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you back on Thursday 10th September for more fun, friendship and messy play! 🎨🖐️✨

Squidlets is FREE and we meet every Thursday morning at Princess Pavilion from 9:45–11:15am, finishing with some lovely music together. 🎶
You only need to sign up once for the whole school year, so if you haven’t registered yet, click the link below to find out more and sign up. 👇
👕 A little reminder: our activities can get VERY messy, so please wear old clothes (and maybe bring a change of clothes too!). 😄

📅 Please note: Princess Pavilion is closed for a private event on Thursday 17th September, so there will be no Squidlets that week. We’ll be back on Thursday 24th September.

🌊 Beach Church this Sunday! ☀️

This Sunday we'll be meeting at Gyllyngvase Beach (look out for our flag!) from 10:30am for a relaxed morning together by the sea. Bring a camping chair or a picnic blanket, and come enjoy games, community and time together in the fresh air.
We won't be serving refreshments, so please bring your own drinks if you'd like one. Alternatively, the beach café will be open for hot and cold drinks.
Everyone is welcome, we can't wait to see you there! 🏖️💙

💙 That's a wrap for Squidlets before the summer holidays! 💙
Yesterday we enjoyed our final session of the year, with lots of fun in the water and sand, mini paper fan crafts, and plenty of laughter playing in the garden sprinkler.
A huge thank you to all the parents, carers and children who have been part of Squidlets this year. Thank you for making it such a special place to play, learn and make friends.

A special thank you to the Princess Pavilion for hosting us, to James and Nic for helping us set up, to Kirsten for managing our bookings, to Pat for keeping the garden looking so beautiful, and to our wonderful volunteers – Sue, Nic, Liz and Katie – for giving their time every week.

Squidlets has become such a lovely community, and we're so happy to be part of it together.
We wish you all a wonderful summer.
Good luck to our little ones starting Reception in September, we know you'll do brilliantly! And to everyone else, we'll see you back at Squidlets in September.

What a lovely morning we had at Squidlets yesterday! 💙💚

The children enjoyed exploring blue and green spaghetti sensory play, floating rainbow balls in the water tray, getting creative with pool noodle painting, and making their own heart people craft.

A little reminder that next week's session will be our last before we break for the summer holidays. We'd love to see you there! We'll be back in September, ready for more fun, play, and adventures together. ☀️🌈

What a wonderful morning we had at Squidlets yesterday! 🐚🌊
Our little ones got creative making beautiful oyster crafts using paper plates, painting them in lovely ocean colours and adding a pipe cleaner bracelet with colourful beads as the "pearl" inside. They also enjoyed exploring sea animals in our blue water tray and had lots of splashing fun at the water table.
The beautiful garden and refreshing breeze made it the perfect morning to play, create and explore together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us; we loved seeing all your wonderful creations and smiling faces. We can't wait to see you all again next week for more fun! 💙🐙

It was lovely to see so many families at Squidlets yesterday, despite the misty weather! ☁️
The children had a fantastic time exploring the tuff tray with diggers and cereal, enjoying a tea party with herbs and flowers in the sensory tray, and getting creative making special Father's Day badges. 💙
Thank you to everyone who came along, we hope you all had as much fun as we did, and we look forward to seeing you again next week!

We're looking forward to being back this Thursday at the Princess Pavilion! 🎉
Join us from 9:45am for our Squidlets Playgroup, lots of messy fun, creativity, and play for little ones. We can't wait to see everyone there! 💙🦑

We had a lovely time at Squidlets yesterday! The children got creative making their own jellyfish and had lots of laughs when the painting activity turned into decorating Nic as well! 🎨😂

We also explored a sensory tuff tray filled with chia seeds slime, which sparked plenty of curiosity and imaginative play. Another favourite was our water play tray, where the children enjoyed investigating lemons and oranges floating in the water. 🍋🍊💦
Thank you to everyone who joined us; it's always wonderful to see the children exploring, creating and having fun together.

Just a reminder: We won't be at the Princess Pavilion next week as the venue is closed for a private event. We'll look forward to seeing you all again on Thursday 18th June! 😊

Our Squidlets session yesterday was lots of fun! The children enjoyed playing with coloured pasta and making windsocks. A big thank you to Alex for helping us with the music! 🎶

Just a reminder that there won’t be a Squidlets session next week because of half term. We’ll be back on the 4th of June.

Also, please note there won’t be a session on the 11th of June as the Princess Pavilion is unavailable.

Yesterday’s Squidlets session looked a little different as the Princess Pavilion was busy getting ready for the Form Art Festival starting today 🎨✨

We moved into the café for the morning and the children had a lovely time making beautiful flowers using pipe cleaners, beads and felt. There was also lavender play dough and toys to explore and enjoy. We finished the session with a story read by Nic 📚💛

Next week will be our last session before half term. We’re planning to be back outside from 9:45–11:15am , weather permitting ☀️
