Hello fellow folks! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Hopefully, as we are weekending nice, our teachers our struggling with getting their just demands fulfilled by the university and are planning to take up industrial action and strikes.
And because "their teaching conditions are our learning conditions", it becomes essential to stand with teachers today.
As students of the UoS and thus being a member of the student union, your voice of solidarity matters.

UCU was there for us when students were demanding to nullify rent during the pandemic and also during the recent incident against trans students.

It is time for us to show the same support for teachers! USSU is making short videos of students declaring their solidarity. Share a 25-30 seconds clip (with a clear voice and silent setting) showcasing your support for teachers to be shared on social media platforms.
