🌧️🌧️The rain is here, the skies are grey,
Our trishaws had to stay in today!
No wheels to roll, no smiles to share,
We’ll try again tomorrow, if the weather plays fair ✨🫶🏼

Busy busy busy, pilots and trishaws out all day today.

We could feel the chill in the air but that just means we can get the cosy duvets and blankets out.

Can you spot the trishaw ? ✨

Sometimes you just have one of those great days, without really knowing why. Maybe it’s the people you’re with, the weather, the laughter, or simply the unexpected opportunities and little moments that open up in front of you. Whatever the reason, you just know it’s been a good day. ❤️

We actually did it! It took around 90 days to construct The Kelpies… but our amazing volunteers had just 90 minutes to climb them! 😅

25 brilliant volunteers took on the Kelpies Experience - staff from Abbeydale court Nursing home and Grahamston House, and trishaw pilots from 7 CWAS chapters - all coming together to raise funds for CWAS.

We’re incredibly proud to have been able to offer this challenge to people we think so dearly of. Watching everyone encourage, laugh, wobble (just. a little! 😉) and conquer Baron the Kelpie together was something very special.

You did it, and we couldn’t be prouder of our CWAS community 🐴👏

And just when we think our hearts couldn’t possibly be filled with any more joy, along come J (85) and P (96) for a whirl around the park on our trishaws. ❤️

Both friends blethered non-stop the whole way round, with our Marjon barely able to get a word in (and that’s saying something! 😂).

Their friendship, laughter and sheer happiness shone from the trishaws as they passed, spreading smiles and joy to everyone they met. ✨✨✨

We’re feeling proud, inspired… and just a little bit nervous for them! 😅

And a huge thank you to everyone who has already sponsored them. Your support means so much and will help make a real difference.

Good luck, team! We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 🩵❤️🖤 We would like to invite everyone to come along and show your support through the day.
