How far in advance do we organise the rota for our team of Support Workers?

We understand how important it is to know your work hours as early as possible. So, we aim to circulate rotas a month in advance.

This gives our staff time to plan their life outside of work.

It is rare for rotas to be changed after they have been circulated.
