We’ve been busy strengthening how we show the difference we make at First 4 Kids 💛

Last Friday, a group of our team came together for an inspiring workshop led by Emma Lidell from Social Value Lab and MoJo Coaching. It was a great opportunity to reflect on why we do what we do, the difference we make and why capturing that impact is so important.

We also explored how we can make this process simpler, more consistent and more meaningful, so it truly reflects the work happening across our services every day.

Thank you to everyone involved for your time, ideas and enthusiasm. 🌟
