We’re here at the 2026 UNISON Health and Safety Conference 💜💚 Violence and aggression is a H&S issue.

Violence and aggression at work is a real and consistent problem in our public services in Scotland. The total number of incidents was 26% higher than recorded in UNISONS 2025 report❗️Things are not getting better for our members.

We are progressing with our violence and aggression in schools and early years campaign. We now have collective action in a number of workplaces ✊🏼
