THROWBACK THURSDAY💫💙

Today, this amazing 11-year-old little lad visited the Little Lady Locks Children’s Charity premises and our Little Lads Barbers to receive his new hair system.

Over the last couple of months, he has developed Alopecia Areata and wanted a hair system to help him feel like himself again. Seeing his smile and confidence return reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

We are so grateful that we were able to support him and his family on this journey and help make today a special one.

3. WOW! A huge thank you to Re*****on UK for generously donating £650 worth of hair styling tools to help with our children’s hair services! How incredible! 💖🥹✨

4. A special thank you to Permanent Jewellery Tamworth for creating and selling beautiful pink permanent bracelets, donating all proceeds to Little Lady Locks! Raising an amazing £900, enough to sponsor two children’s hair services for a full year! 💗

5. Thank you so much to Trichollective for inviting us to their wonderful event in Dublin, giving us the opportunity to raise awareness of our charity and the children we support! 💕

6. Our lovely Tracey Paula Pryke has been working her magic at our Pink Palace! 🌸 Thank you for donating so many beautiful flowers completely free of charge and volunteering your time to make our charity look extra special! 💗

7. This beautiful little girl Nina has completely blown us away! 🥹 Not only has she kindly donated her hair, but she’s also raised an incredible £515, helping cover a child’s hair service for an entire year! 💕Jessica Lee Gray

Wow, you’re all incredible! 💕

Thank you to everyone who has supported us this week. Because of your support, we’ve been able to provide all of these hair services completely free of charge to children experiencing hair loss.

These services cost our charity £3,000 to provide, so every single donation and bit of support really does make a difference. 💕

If you’d like to support us on a regular basis, you can sign up to our monthly subscription from as little as £2 per month. By signing up, you’ll also be entered into our weekly giveaway, with winners announced every Friday at 4pm! 🎉

LITTLE LADY LOCKS RECYCLED WIG SHOP IS NOW OPEN!! 💗✨

We are so excited to finally announce that our recycled wig shop is officially open!

Our opening hours are:
Tuesday – 9:30am–5:30pm
Wednesday – 9:30am–4:30pm
Thursday – 9:30am–5:30pm
Friday – 10am–2pm

If you would like assistance choosing a wig or topper, we offer private consultations on Wednesdays and Thursdays only. These appointments must be booked in advance by messaging us or calling on 0161 879 6809.

If you don’t require any assistance, you are more than welcome to pop in anytime during our opening hours above.

A huge thank you to everyone who has already donated wigs and toppers to our shop — we are incredibly grateful for your support. If you have any wigs or toppers you no longer need and would like to donate them to us, please get in touch.

🩷✨ WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DONATION CUT DAY! ✨🩷

Saturday 3rd October was our Amazing Donation Cut Day, and WOW… what an incredible day! 💕✂️

We had 6 amazing donors bravely cutting their beautiful hair and raising an unbelievable £640! 🥹💕

That incredible £640 will cover one child’s wig and one accessory for the full year, meaning they no longer have to wait for the hair they need. 🥹🩷

Just think… 6 amazing people have helped make such a huge difference to a child’s life. How incredible is that?! 💗

1. How special! 🥹 A huge thank you to Lottie Charlotte Knibbs RIT, Consultant Trichologist for coming down to offer free advice and support to our little ladies and lads living with alopecia. Your kindness will make such a difference to the children we support. 💗

2. WOW! 🏃‍♂️ A HUGE thank you to Pete .james_sanderson for completing an incredible 100km run for Little Lady Locks and Teenage Cancer Trust inspired by his daughter Ida’s cancer journey🙏💖 Rachel Sanderson He has raised over £27,500 so far, helping us sponsor the hair services of over 25 children on our waiting list. Absolutely incredible! 👏💙

3. Thank you so much to Spectrum One Hair Extensions for donating lots of BRAND NEW hair extensions for our charity hair extension shop! 💕 These donations help us generate vital funds for the children we support.

4. A huge thank you to Ken Manchester_steel for helping us finish our wishing well and kindly donating the steel bucket! ✨ Families visiting us can now make a wish and throw in a few coins to support our charity. How magical! 🪄💗
