Families Together Suffolk has been selected for the ๐“๐ž๐ฌ๐œ๐จ ๐…๐ซ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ & ๐•๐ž๐  ๐†๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž, and we'd love your support.

For families who are struggling with the rising cost of living or finding it difficult to make their food budget stretch, having a healthy snack provided can make a real difference. It means families can come along, access support and enjoy time together without having to worry about bringing food with them. ๐Ÿ’™

So far this year, our incredible supporters have already organised choir performances and a community quiz night, with another fundraising event just around the corner.

As funding becomes harder to secure, community fundraising has never been more important. Every coffee morning, bake sale, raffle or challenge helps us continue providing free support to families across Suffolk.

Weโ€™re delighted to be here today, meeting families, sharing what we do and joining in with the fun!

Weโ€™ve got FREE have-a-go activities for families to enjoy, as well as a breastfeeding area providing a welcoming space for those who need it. ๐Ÿงก

A huge thank you to the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, whose On the Move programme funds our weekly Little Flyers inclusive community support group for local families.

This funding helps us create a welcoming space for families to come together, connect, play and access support within their community.

It's easy to read that number and move on.

But those aren't numbers.

They're babies taking first steps.
Parents rebuilding confidence.
Children learning through play.
Families asking for help when life became overwhelming.

They trusted us enough to say "We need some support."

And thanks to our supporters, volunteers and community, we were there to say, "We're here."

Last week, Lucy accompanied staff from Technology Networks on a visit to one of the โ€˜Learn and Growโ€™ weekly sessions at Chalkstone Community Centre in Haverhill run by Families Together Suffolk, an organisation which supports families with children under the age of 12.

Technology Networks also supported Brave Futures and St Christophers House with their funding this year.
