Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM tonight.

We have new committee officials.

Belinda, Pauline and Gary.

We also have a new Directing, Producing and Choreography team.

Gary, Debbie, Kay and Sylvia.

More details coming soon.

January/February 2027.

Once the handover of accounts, paperwork, access to Facebook etc has taken place, the new team will share more details with you.

Probably not till May due to ongoing commitments.

⚠️ STATEMENT FROM EXACT COMMITTEE.

Good morning everyone,

We still need your help.

We would like to share some good news with you all.

We have had an offer from a new production team / committee.

They still have some questions.

They will need someone to take on the role of lead chaperone / safeguarding lead.

Training can be offered and we do have a child protection policy in place.

Would anyone be interested in being a Musical Director?

All music will be on tracks this year but we need someone who is able to chop, cut and sort these out.

They plan to continue with Aladdin.
I have, today, formally asked permission for ExAct to use the license that we purchased in 2025.

The dates will probably change to late January or early February 2027.

The biggest question is...

Would you like to be in the cast?

The previous cast all have places if they would like them.

Without your commitment to cast, help or support then the new team will not take it on.

Don't forget the AGM on the 5th March.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
5th March. 7pm. Exminster Methodist Hall.

As you are aware, the current committee is stepping down after over 100 years between them, of supporting and running ExAct Pantomime.

A new committee will need your ongoing help and support.

Can you help with front of house, painting, set design, props, wardrobe, chaperones or stage crew?

A decision will need to be made on the 5th March.

We cannot make any promises or guarantees but we as a committee are trying our hardest to make sure that ExAct can continue after the AGM.

The future of Exminster Pantomime is in your hands.

⚠️ STATEMENT FROM THE COMMITTEE.

Over the years, we have had our ups and downs but with the help of the local community we have continued and for that we would like to say a big thank you to the village.

As well as rehearsals, there is so much work that goes in to producing a pantomime, stage set, front of house, costumes, production, lights, sound, tickets, marketing and draw to name but a few.

The committee would like to thank every single member of ExAct and every single person in the community who has supported us during this time.

The current committee has had over 100 years between them of supporting ExAct, planning, running and organising your village pantomimes and have decided it is time to step down, as a result, the future of ExAct is at risk unless a new committee is appointed at the AGM on the 5th March 2026. 1930. If a new committee does not come forward, there is a chance that a decision will be made to dissolve ExAct.

The future of ExAct now rests in your hands!
