This week is National Carers' Week.

Here at Age UK Exeter we support carers on a daily basis with our bespoke day service Sycamore Days, which offers carer respite, our Enabling and Home Support service, Budding Friends, Carers' Support. We can also offer carers help with benefits through our Information and Advice service.

Some of our carers access our weekly relaxing Qigong class and the Seated exercise class, which has fabulously upbeat music. We’re about to start a new Qigong class at Countess Wear hall on Monday afternoons from 22nd June to offer more availability.

One carer said only last week 'I don't know what I'd do without all of you at Age UK Exeter' MH
