Budding Friends are back on the Allotment.

Budding Friends is our outdoor therapeutic group that brings people together through gardening, nature, and creative activities. We welcome people living with dementia and their carers, as well as anyone over 50 who may feel lonely or isolated, or who is living with conditions such as Parkinson’s or MS.

We’re pleased to be working in partnership with The Engine to host a friendly and welcoming Qigong/Tai Chi session during their Wellbeing Open Day.

Location - The Engine
Date -Tuesday 19th May
Time- 11:00 – 14:00

Come along to enjoy a relaxed afternoon, meet new people, and take part in the range of gentle wellbeing activities and taster sessions all designed with you in mind.
